Who we are

Mercatrix is operated by What Did They Say, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. You can reach us at hello@mercatrix.com.

What we collect

When you sign up as a design partner, we collect what you enter in the form:

• whether you buy, sell, build procurement software, or something else;
• the kind of company you work for;
• your name, work email and company;
• your job title and a note, if you give them;
• that you agreed to be contacted, and the time you signed up.

Why we collect it

To contact you about the Mercatrix pilot. We do not use it for anything else.

Who sees it

We do not sell your details or share them with anyone. They are stored on Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and a copy of each sign-up is emailed to our team inbox.

Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver this site and to limit abuse of the form. We do not store your IP address with your sign-up. This site does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

We delete your details when you ask us to. Otherwise we review them when the pilot ends and delete what we no longer need.

Deleting your details

Email hello@mercatrix.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your details. We will confirm when it is done.
